WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you love your product, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return merchandise within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that charge will be deducted from your purchase amount for use of the pre-printed label that is included in the original shipment.
Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Products marked as "Final Sale" are also non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
Only orders purchased online can be returned by mail to us at our warehouse.
Any merchandise purchased from an authorized retailer must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.
Return by Prepaid Shipping Label:
Use the prepaid Fedex Ground shipping label included with your order to ship your return, or print a new prepaid label by visiting our Returns Center.
Enter your order number and email to begin and follow the step-by-step instructions. You do not need to have an account or login to use the Returns Center.
Place your items plus your packing slip in the original reusable shipping carton (or packaging of your choice), affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package.
WHAT IF MY ITEM WAS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a customer service specialist within 30 days of delivery by filling out our Contact Us form.
Please supply the specialist with your order number, item number and tracking number from your original confirmation e-mail. The specialist will also need your e-mail address and phone number.
We will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
HOW SOON WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
We will process your refund once your return has been received and processed at our warehouse. Please note, returns can take 7-14 days to receive at our warehouse. Refunds can take an additional 10 days to refund to original form of payment.
RETURNING A PAYPAL ORDER?
PayPal orders returned online will be refunded in the original form of payment.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We're sorry, but at this time, we do not accept exchanges. You are welcome to return your order and place a new order online.
